IEG4 provides a mechanism to delete forms which have been submitted or are in progress. This is in line with current GDPR regulations on data protection and security. Customers can specify how long each category (submitted and in progress) are retained prior to the deletion process being invoked. A typical retention period is around 30 days though there is a large variation between individual customers.
Customers may want to consider extending the retention period, for the duration of the COVID19 emergency to allow more time to deal with any issues around the increase in applications for various benefits, grants and reliefs.
Should any customer want to change the retention period please log a support ticket with the required changes.
