In response to the changing and challenging situation of Covid-19 and, as part of a direct response to a request from a customer to help alleviate demand on its frontline staff, IEG4 is making a 'Coronavirus – Request Assistance’ form freely available to all our eGovHub customers. This form is for your citizens who are being affected by the current situation and need to contact you.
The form is available to you immediately and without cost (initially for up to three months, to be reviewed as the crisis progresses). As usual, you would place a link to the form on your website and it can be accessed via any modern browser and is mobile responsive.
It will enable you to encourage citizens to contact you digitally over the weeks and months ahead and to capture details of:
- whether they live alone
- whether they have anyone that can support them
- any underlying health issues
- what help they need
The wording can be customised by yourself in order to suit your services and response to the situation (also branded to your council style).
In order for you to access the form please raise a ticket via help.ieg4.com. It is also available to view on IEG4U within the LGaaP services directory.
For any IEG4 customers who use eDesigner, you are able to use this as a template to develop your own specific version of the form.
